I am a researcher and educator whose work sits at the intersection of public policy, local governance, political institutions, and data analysis. My research examines how institutions, communities, and citizens interact, with a particular interest in governance, decentralization, local politics, and social change.
My academic and professional experience spans research, higher education, teaching, and public policy. My work has focused particularly on governance and political institutions, while my recent work has expanded into data analytics and evidence-based approaches to understanding public policy and community-level questions.
